My fitness routine is alway changing and full of versatility, however, the consistent part of my routine is Class Pass! Class Pass is a new app that I have been obsessed with for the last few months! Fitness classes are one of my fav way to keep active and healthy, but I need a variety to keep my interest and keep going! Class Pass includes a series of classes and studios that are available in Calgary. Through purchased credits, you can enroll in classes for multiple studios for a ton of different workouts - Spin, Boxing, Yoga; whatever!
My absolute fav class is Lagree! A new edition to the fitness scene, this pilates based workout class is only 45 mins and KILLS me!
