Yet again, we have a post inspired by my favourite influencer, Lauren Elizabeth! A video of her's that really stood out to me as a "must try" was her "3 Wellness Lattes." To be 100% honest, i've only tried the first one of the three, but it is AMAZing and I thought why not share it with you!
After trying it once, i became obsessed with drinking Turmeric Lattes. Not only do they taste super good (not even like "oh this is good for healthy food". like actually good!) they have really good health benefits for your body (here we go eating pretty again) and they make me feel refreshed!

I am always striving to keep my body at its best and one of the ways I like to do this is by following the phrase "eating pretty." Eating Pretty means that to eat foods that your body will love becuase there is some sort of benefit provided to it! Foods that are "pretty" are going to make you feel pretty on the inside, and therefore look pretty on the outside! The moto behind this is that the better the food, the better the fuel and the more you body can do for you!
