Yet again, we have a post inspired by my favourite influencer, Lauren Elizabeth! A video of her's that really stood out to me as a "must try" was her "3 Wellness Lattes." To be 100% honest, i've only tried the first one of the three, but it is AMAZing and I thought why not share it with you!
After trying it once, i became obsessed with drinking Turmeric Lattes. Not only do they taste super good (not even like "oh this is good for healthy food". like actually good!) they have really good health benefits for your body (here we go eating pretty again) and they make me feel refreshed!

First things first - what you will need to make it!
one - almond milk! I drink unsweetened vanilla almond milk!
two - your spices: these are turmeric, ground ginger, cinnamon, and cracked pepper.
Your sweetener - honey! (the best part)
