It's my most favourite season of all: Back-to-School time (and fall!) With it being the beginning of September, and it being right as I am getting ready for classes to start, I wanted to share what I keep in my bag for when I'm going to class!
To see what my essentials and obsessions are for my back-to-school bag, read more!
First things first - the bag(s) I use for classes! I have two bags that I normally bring (if in not using a backpack that day) and those are my Matt & Nat black round and my Naturalizer bucket bag.
Typically I will keep my "running around" stuff in my little bag, and then put it into my larger one, for when i just need to run and grab a coffee or I have a meeting right from class.
The Little Bag
In my little bag i keep my Kate Spade wallet with all my important wallet stuff in it - I tend to not change out my wallet very often, so I just take around whatever I normally have it in everywhere. I also keep my keys - decked out with my "Inspiration" Giving Key
I also keep my EOS lip balm & my sunnies!
The EOS stick is 100X better then the round version - it takes up less spaces in your bag and is better for application with the same lip softening power as the ball!
These sunnies are some Ray Band knock off's that I ordered off of JOJO direct for one of those "get free sunglasses! Only pay the shipping" deals, and they are actually pretty good! They are awful quality, but look just like the Ray Bands that are trending right now! (and they only cost $10.00)
The Big Bag
I like to divide things into little bags to keep myself organized! So I keep a "school" bag and a "makeup" bag in my big bag!
In my big bucket bag, I keep the rest of my school essentials, first being my "pencil case"
I got this little bag from Chapters and I use it to store all my school supplies in it! I keep pens, pencils, highlighters, sticky notes, a paper clip, and white out in here - everything is purchased from Staples. I also always have a drier sheet in here! My hair get's super staticky in the winter, so I use the sheet to wipe down my hair or clothes if I'm feeling staticky!
The next bag is what most would call my "makeup" bag (even though there is no makeup in it). This little pouch is what Glossier products come in when you order them online! So I kept it to use to carry my products in.
In this bag, I keep a couple tampons, an eyelash brush for my extensions, an extra pair of contacts (in case mine are super dry or I get something in my eye), eye drops, hand cream, and a sample bottle of perfume. When you order online with Sephora, they let you pick samples to go with your purchase - I always select the CLEAN perfume sample so that I have an extra shot of smell good, just in case!
On an average day, this is what my bag would look like - everything is just nicely placed and easy to get at! I keep my phone on the outside pocket of both these bags (a key feature to look for on any bag) so I can grab it easily!
